Debate Company has set itself a goal: to transform the methodological material it has developed since its inception into a series of short, easily understandable and implementable training videos. 

Each series deals with a specific subject for which we have developed a training methodology and in which the company has extensive experience in frontal training and consultation.

The videos can be used in two ways:

1. As a tool to support frontal training; (viewing in preparation for training and as a follow up reminder).

2. As an online learning tool in its own right.

Through the use of the video packages, a training department can significantly increase the number of employees in the organization who will benefit from professional quality training, without having to increasing the training budget.
